Reporting an error
We work hard to make sure the information on Poultry Affairs is accurate and useful, but mistakes can still slip through. If you spot a factual error in one of our articles, we want to hear from you.

Please include the title or link of the article and, where possible, a brief description of the error and any source you are relying on. This helps us review your report quickly.
What happens next
We review every correction report we receive. If we confirm that a factual error has been made, we correct the affected article or page.
How we handle corrections
When a correction is substantive, we make the fix promptly and transparently. Where a correction is material to the meaning of an article, we note it in the updated article so readers can see what was changed.
Minor fixes and substantive corrections
We distinguish between two types of changes:
- Minor fixes — small errors such as typos, spelling, or wording changes that improve clarity without changing the meaning. These may be made silently.
- Substantive corrections — factual errors that change the meaning of what was published. These are corrected and, where material, noted in the article.
